Annual “Nas Utdullhn” Longevity Rituals to Take Place in Kalmykia

Starting next weekend, on 14 November, the annual “Nas Utdullhn” longevity rituals will begin at the Central Khurul of Kalmykia, “Burkhn Bagshin Altn Sum”, ahead of the joyful festival of Zul, which falls on 3 December this year.

This is more than a series of ceremonies: it is an opportunity to join the monks in seeking blessings and support from the deities of longevity. 🙏

From 14 to 29 November, 6 rituals will take place on weekends in the khurul’s prayer hall. Devotees will join the monks in offering prayers to Buddha Amitayus and the goddesses Ushnishavijaya and White Tara. They will ask for longevity, well-being and renewed vitality, and these prayers will benefit people of all ages.

We are attaching the schedule of the upcoming rituals now. They will all take place at the same time, from 09:00 to 11:30.
