Kundeling Rinpoche - Various Teachings

The renowned Buddhist teacher Kundeling Rinpoche gave instructions to Russian Buddhists in connection with the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic. In his address, Kundeling Rinpoche recommends resisting the infection on both the physical and mental levels, not panicking, reflecting on dependent origination, striving to attain peace of mind and reciting the mantra of Arya Tara, and helping other people in every possible way to overcome difficulties and illness.
