From October 4 to 20, 2019, in Elista, the outstanding Buddhist teacher Lama Zopa Rinpoche conducted the first retreat in Russia for the recitation of 100 million Avalokiteshvara mantras. We present to your attention the recording of the fourth day of Lama Zopa Rinpoche’s oral instructions.

Lama Zopa Rinpoche came to Kalmykia at the personal invitation of the honorary representative of His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama in Russia, Mongolia and the CIS countries, the Supreme Lama of Kalmykia Telo Tulku Rinpoche. Lama Zopa Rinpoche is an outstanding mentor and practitioner of Tibetan Buddhism, a disciple of His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama, Kyabje Trijang Rinpoche and Lama Yeshe, a holder of the transmissions of the Gelug and Nyingma traditions, and the spiritual leader of the FPMT — the largest Buddhist community in the West.
