Rosary of Compassion. Documentary Series. Part 4

We present to your attention the fourth part of the documentary series “Rosary of Compassion” about the great retreat for the recitation of 100 million Avalokiteshvara mantras under the guidance of Lama Zopa Rinpoche, which took place in October 2019 at the Central Khurul of Kalmykia “The Golden Abode of Buddha Shakyamuni”.

The event was the first of its kind in the history of modern Russia and gathered a large number of participants from Kalmykia, from many cities of our country and from abroad. During the retreat, Buddhists received the empowerment into the practice of Avalokiteshvara and numerous teachings from Lama Zopa Rinpoche, and for almost two weeks took part in practical meditation sessions. For Russia the event was an important occasion and undoubtedly brought benefit to all participants.
