Prayer Services for Schoolchildren and Students to Be Held in Elista Ahead of the New School Year
This Sunday, 23 August, and the following Sunday - 30 August, the Central Khurul will hold prayer services for schoolchildren and students. They are traditionally held ahead of the new school year.
The monks will offer prayers aimed at removing obstacles to learning so that the new school year will be successful for the children. During the prayer service, mantras dedicated to Manjushri, the Buddha of Wisdom, will be recited.
Everyone is invited to take part in these traditional prayer services. They begin at 9:00.
